How to Service and Repair the HVAC Control Module on 2008 Ford Crown Victoria?

In order to service the HVAC module, depower the SRS. Take off finish panel and unscrew electrical connector. Unscrew the four screws of the HVAC-module and pull out the module. To install the module, remove the nuts, disconnect the vacuum harness and unplug wire-harness connectors to completely remove the module. Uninstall by going through the removal procedure in reverse.
