In order to service the HVAC Control Module, begin by unplugging the wire harness connector. Next, empty the cooling system to the drain hose which is below the heater. Then, to extract out the blower motor speed control, remove the screws. In order to install, one only needs to reverse the process.

In order to service the HVAC module, depower the SRS. Take off finish panel and unscrew electrical connector. Unscrew the four screws of the HVAC-module and pull out the module. To install the module, remove the nuts, disconnect the vacuum harness and unplug wire-harness connectors to completely remove the module. Uninstall by going through the removal procedure in reverse.
