Begin by unhooking the horn assembly bolt and putting the assembly to the side before tightening it to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft) when reinstalling it. Begin by removing first the pin-type retainers for both LH and changing the pin-type retainer of RH upper radiator air seal. The service process calls for disconnecting the condenser fittings using new O-ring seals and gasket seals before securing the nuts to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). The attachment of the condenser requires two bolts to be removed before tightening to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft) at installation time. Reverse the removal steps while installing the condenser core by using fresh gasket seals and O-ring seals and applying the correct amount of clean PAG oil into the refrigerant system. As the last step please perform an evacuation followed by leak testing and system charging of the refrigerant system.
