Where is the fuel pump driver module (FPDM) located and How to access it on 2008 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

The fuel pump driver module (FPDM) is above the spare tire on the left rear of the vehicle. In order to open it, the jack handle is used to take out the spare tire assembly using the spare tire key. Dismantle electrical connector, take out the module and put it in again by following the same procedure in reverse.
