How to Service the A/C Expansion Valve on 2008 Ford Taurus?

To maintain the TXV, refill the refrigrant, unscrew the beam and tighten it down to 30 Nm. Unscrew the TXV manifold bolt, get rid of O-rings and screw a new bolt at 8 Nm. Once the TXV is removed, replace with new O-rings, lubricate with PAG oil and recharge the system.
