How to Service and Repair Blower Control Switches on 2008 Ford Taurus?

In order to service the blower motor switch, remove the RH cowl side trim panel and the RH scuff plate trim panel. Then remove the 2 RH lower instrument panel insulator retainers and insulator. Unplug the blower motor speed control connector, extract screws and reconnect it in the reverse process.
