How to service the Oil Pressure Switch on 2008 Ford Taurus X?

In order to maintain the engine oil pressure (EOP) switch, raise the vehicle on the transmission in a neutral position. Uncouple the connector of the EOP switch and take out the switch. Install the new switch with PTFE thread sealant, screwed at 18 Nm (13 lb-ft) and undo the steps of removal to finish installation.
