How to service the Front Cross-Member and Rear Crossmember of the transmission support on 2008 Lincoln Mark LT?

In order to service the transmission support crossmember make sure the vehicle is in neutral position on a hoist. Take off the exhaust hanger bolts and heat shield screws, and then hold the transmission. Take out the transmission support nuts and crossmember bolts and replace them with those of certain torque values. Lastly, undo the uninstalling process and install again.
