How to service the A/C Expansion Valve on 2008 Lincoln MKX?

To perform maintenance on the TXV, replace refrigerant, install the fitting nut and TXV bolts and dismantle O-ring seals. To install the same, do it the reverse way using new lubricated O-rings. Vacate, leak test and charge the system. Rechange the receiver /drier desiccant bag in case of contamination. Install special O-rings and clamp fittings to 8 Nm.
