In dual zone EATC systems, the passenger air bag module needs to be removed to service the right-hand temperature blend door actuator. Unplug the electrical connector of the actuator, unscrew the two screws holding the bracket, unscrew the wire harness and take the actuator off. Install: The steps to be removed can be reversed.
