How to remove and replace the front bumper cover on 2008 Lincoln Navigator?

The removal process starts by dismantling the three lower air deflector pin-type retainers from their positions while setting the deflector to the side. The process begins by taking out both lower retaining pins of the front bumper cover before unbolting the four retaining screws from the left and right splash shields. Remove the front bumper cover from the fenders using the four retaining bolts after which installation requires screw torquing at 11 Nm (8 lb-ft). The installation requires disconnecting fog lamps electrical connectors on both left and right sides when fog lamps are present in the vehicle. First remove the upper air deflector through ten pin-type retainer removal before removing two upper pin-type retaining mechanisms for the lower air deflector. The four bolts which secure the grille-to-radiator support should be removed after bracket separation followed by front bumper cover detachment. The new bumper cover must be fitted by repeating the steps for removal in the reverse order.
