How to Service the A/C Hose from Compressor to Condenser on 2008 Lincoln Town Car?

First recover the refrigerant when servicing the compressor to condenser discharge line. First detach the condenser inlet fitting nut before disconnecting the fitting while discarding both component seals and applying 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) torque to the new fitted part following installation. You should disconnect the A/C pressure transducer electrical connector prior to removing the compressor discharge fitting nut before disconnecting the fitting and discarding both O-ring and gasket seals during installation by tightening to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Reverse the removal process for the discharge line whereas installation requires new seals for both gasket and O-ring as well as proper PAG oil lubrication of the system. The refrigerant system requires evacuation after which a leak test follows before the system receives its charge.
