How to Service the A/C Hose from Suction Accumulator to Compressor on 2009 Lincoln Town Car?

Refrigerant recovery must be the first step before servicing the suction accumulator to compressor line. Cut off the suction accumulator outlet connection along with its O-ring components. Dispose of the old seals. The service process requires removal of the compressor suction fitting nut followed by connection detachment of this fitting while discarding the O-ring seal and gasket seal. The installation should involve tightening the fitting until it reaches 15 Nm (133 lb-in). Reverse the disassembly sequence to install the suction accumulator-to-compressor line while using new dimensions of gasket and O-ring seals. The refrigerant system needs correct application of clean PAG oil for lubrication. The refrigerant system requires evacuation then leak tests followed by charging of the system.
