Support the brake caliper with mechanic's wire while removing the brake caliper together with the brake disc. You should place the rear brake anti-lock sensor to the side after removing its bolt. Start by removing the lock bolt followed by the differential pinion shaft from the differential housing after setting aside the differential pinion gears to avoid dropping them. First push the axle shaft toward its inner position then extract the U-washer from its location. Secure the differential pinion shaft by pushing the axle shaft outboard installed before using the lock bolt finger-tight.
