How to service the flywheel on 2008 Mercury Mariner?

In order to service the flywheel, the vehicle must be in neutral and on a hoist. Take off the transaxle and the clutch and then the 6 flywheel bolts. Install with special bolts and tighten in three steps: 50 Nm, 80 Nm and 112 Nm. Install the transmission and the clutch again.
