How to Service the Side Marker Light and Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulb on 2008 Mercury Mariner?

In order to service the side and front turn signal lamps on the Escape, unplug the electrical connector of the front turn signal lamp, disassemble the bulb housing and uncouple the bulb. Then excavate the splash shield assembly of fenders, and their retainers. Lastly, remove the side lamp bulb holder and repeat the steps to put the bulb holder back on.
