How to Service the Sunroof Glass and Initialize the Motor After Repairs on 2009 Ford Escape?

Once the roof opening panel glass has been serviced, start up the motor after any work has been done on it or any components. Set the panel to closed, unscrew four screws, then twist the glass out of place and screw them back in place and about 5 Nm (44 lb-in). Have everything correctly aligned then start the motor.
