In order to remove the cooling fan shroud on 4.6L (3V) engines, the Air Cleaner outlet pipe and the coolant expansion tank are removed. Underpower steering reservoir, and the upper fan shroud. Disassemble the fan clutch, clean the cooling fan, and replace all the parts with certain torque values, making sure not to side load the clutch.
