To change or repair the radiator grille on Explorer and Explorer Sport Trac: take off the front bumper cover; take off the two grille-to-bumper screws; take off the front bumper isolator and absorber by removing two push pins and two nuts; remove the four scrivets; unscrew fourteen clips in order to have the grille assembly. Installation by reversal removal.
