How to service and repair the radiator on 2009 Ford Flex?

To service the radiator, drain the cooling system, disassemble the fan motor, shroud and bumper cover. Dis-connect the hoses and take off radiator support brackets. Take the A/C condenser apart, reattach the radiator and use 6 Nm tightening bolts. And lastly, fill and bleed cooling system.
