How to service the front door window regulator and power window motor on 2009 Ford Flex?

In order to service the front door window motor, you need to de-initially the LF window motor. Take out the window control switch, speaker and water shield. Rest the glass onto the tabs of the clamp, and release the glass. Install the regulator and motor and make sure it is initialized correctly and tightly screwed back.
