How to Service and Repair the EGR Valve on 2009 Ford Focus?

To maintain the EGR Valve, drain the cooling system and take off the Air Cleaner outlet pipe. Disconnect the engine wiring harness and EGR valve connectors. Take out upper radiator and heater hoses, then the bolts of EGR valve. Reprocedure Take the new EGR valve and clean the sealing surfaces, and then reverse the removal process.
