How to service the rear seat armrest on 2009 Ford Fusion?

Removal of the 60 percent backrest, release of the lower J-strip and access to the armrest bolts are required to repair the rear seat armrest. Take the bolts and support plate off, and position the armrest. Disassemble the armrest and install retainers that have been broken and reassemble the process.
