How to service the radiator grille on 2009 Ford Taurus?

Starting the radiator grille service process of Taurus and Sable models requires the removal of front bumper covers. Before mounting the radiator grille it is necessary to get rid of bumper cover reinforcement-to-radiator grille pushnuts. After releasing the push-clip retainers the bumper cover reinforcement can be removed. Release the retaining clips on the bumper before taking out the radiator grille with caution. The installation process follows the exact opposite sequence of steps which were used for removal.
