How to remove and replace the LH exhaust manifold on 2009 Ford Taurus X?

In order to install the LH exhaust manifold, a replacement, disconnect the LH catalyst converter and HO2S, and then the heat shield bolts and manifold nuts. Wipe off the non-metallic surfaces, remove old studs and mount new ones. Tighten, to specs, the heat shield, HO2S and catalytic converter.
