How to service the blower motor on 2009 Lincoln MKS?

In order to have access to the blower motor, the three screws of the right-hand lower instrument panel insulator should be removed and the electrical connector should be unplugged. To remove the vent tube, use the pressing of the retaining tabs, then rotate the blower motor in an anticlockwise manner to remove it. To install the new motor, reverse all these steps.
