How to Service the PCV Valve on 2009 Lincoln MKS?

In order to service the PCV valve, remove the ventilation tube and replace the valve, because it can break the locking mechanism. To remove the O-ring seal, pour clean engine oil on the seal and turn the valve anti-clockwise to loosen the seal and then repeat the process to install the new valve.
