In order to fix the timing chain tensioner, place the car in neutral on top of a hoist. Disassemble the engine cover, spark plugs and ignition coils. Apply a valve spring compressor, and take off camshaft followers, and timing chain parts. Install new sprocks, check chains positions, reassemble and ensure correct torque requirements.
