2009 Mercury Grand Marquis PCV Valve Hose Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to Service and Repair the PCV Valve Hose on 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis?
A: The first tube to service is the LH crankcase ventilation tube which requires disconnecting two quick connect couplings starting at Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe then proceeding to valve cover fitting before removing the tube. Service and repair of the RH crankcase ventilation tube requires disconnecting the quick connect couplings from PCV valve then from Throttle Body (TB) spacer. The installation of RH and LH crankcase ventilation tubes should be performed through an opposite process of removal.
