Leave the carpet in position to reach the floor ducts before removing the wiring harness from the left-hand side floor duct and placing it aside. The first step involves the removal of the LH floor duct before proceeding to extract its pin-type retainer and finally removing the RH floor duct. After the installation ends the technicians should follow the removal steps in reverse order.
