How to service the Fuel Door cup bezel on 2009 Mercury Mountaineer?

Tape the door around to avoid damaging the door in order to service the fuel filler door cup bezel. Take off screws and rearrange door. Take a pick tool, with a 90 degree angle, to release the upper and lower right clips and then pull the bezel out and up until it comes off entirely.
