To fix the windshield washer pump, lift the car, pull off the RH front fender splash shield and empty the reservoir. Unplug electrical connector and hoses and take out pump. It is recommended not to turn on the pump until you fill the reservoir to avoid failure. Undoing of steps to install and refill reservoir.
