A proper service of turbine shaft speed (TSS) sensor requires vehicle elevation and support with a drain pan positioned beneath the sensor location. Separate the electrical connector before removing the bolt in order to extract the TSS sensor. The sensor bore requires inspection before examining the O-ring seal for damage.
