Install new washers before tightening the brake caliper flow bolt to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft) torque using the discarding two copper washers. You need to disconnect the brake tube fitting at the brake flexible hose while tightening the fitting to 17 Nm (150 lb-in) before reinstalling it. Install the brake flexible hose and reset the bracket bolt with tightness at 20 Nm (177 lb-in). You should reverse the removal method to put on the new hose and perform brake caliper bleeding work.
