The water pump servicing process requires cooling system drainage as the first step. Then remove the fan equipment with its attached fan clutch before detaching the accessory drive belt. The service begins with separating the lower radiator hose from the water pump before removing the engine harness from the water pump mounting stud and water bypass tube's attachment point. The A/C support bracket becomes disposable after removing its bolts and nuts and turning loose the bolt for easy bracket repositioning. First unscrew the bolts attached to the pulley of the water pump before you disconnect the pulley as well as the bolts that lead to the removal of the bypass tube.
