Service of wiper pivot arm begins with unlatching the locking lever of the pivot arm. Start by moving the windshield wiper blade up until it stops contact with the glass at (03100) before drawing the pivot arm locking lever away from the wiper arm. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arm from its respective position on both the wiper mounting arm along with the pivot shaft. Return all steps for installation while properly readjusting the windshield wiper pivot arm.
