In order to fix the motor of the windshield wiper, take out the wiper pivot arms and cowl top vent panels. Dismount the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft then the motor. Fit the new motor, re-connect the electrical connector, and re-assemble the parts, such as access cover and pivot arms.

How to service the wiper motor on Ford E-150?

Removal of cowl top vent panels and wiper pivot arms will be required in order to service the wiper motor. Disassemble the mounting arm and pivot shaft followed by the access cover and pivot clip. Disassemble the motor by detaching the electrical connector, and 3 bolts and lock them to 4 Nm when reattaching. Installation Reverse the process to install.
