How to Service and Repair the A/C Expansion Valve in the Auxiliary Climate Control System on Ford E-250?

In order to fix the expansion valve in the auxiliary climate control system, loosen the refrigerant lines and disconnect the A/C evaporator core. Install a new O-ring on the expansion valve, reconnect lines, install the capillary bulb and re-Install the evaporator core. Last but not least, evacuate, charge and check operation.
