The clockwise rotation of the tensioner apparatus allows the accessory Drive Belt to escape from the crankshaft pulley. Torque-to-yield specifications of the crankshaft pulley bolt make it unusable for reinstallation so ignoring this rule will lead to possible engine damage. A Strap Wrench will remove the crankshaft pulley bolt with its washer along with discarding the bolt. A Crankshaft Vibration Damper Remover implements the necessary steps to separate the crankshaft pulley from other parts. The installation process requires removing the unwrapped sealant if it remains unsecured for 4 minutes while performing cleaning procedures that include silicone gasket remover application and metal surface prep and waiting for complete drying. Seal the Woodruff key slot on the crankshaft pulley with silicone gasket and apply clean engine oil as the sealing fluid over the same area. A Crankshaft Vibration Damper Installer should be used for installing the crankshaft pulley.
