How to service and repair the vacuum brake booster on Ford Excursion?

Start vacuum brake booster servicing and repair by disconnecting the battery ground cable. The service begins by removing the air cleaner housing followed by brake master cylinder nuts before positioning the brake master cylinder to the side. Remove the booster vacuum hose and the power distribution box auxiliary relay before putting the relay to the side. Begin by removing the steering column opening panel and subsequently disconnecting the BPP switch self-locking pin. After removing the BPP switch with its brake booster push rod from the brake pedal pin users can uninstall both power brake booster nuts and the power brake booster. Execute installation by performing the procedure in the opposite order to removal.
