How to service and repair the battery tray on Ford Expedition?

The process of repairing or servicing the battery tray needs to begin with removing the battery and disconnecting the wiring harness locators from the battery tray. Initially detach the bolts which fasten the tray then place it to the side before disconnecting the vacuum reservoir. Installation requires performing the reverse steps of battery tray removal thus achieving its proper reinstallation.
