How to service the front fender on Ford Expedition?

To service the front fender of the Expedition, disattach the splash shield and bolts that hold the splash shield to the bumper and radiator support, tightening them to the correct amount of torque when returning. Loose the foam insulator, headlamp, and cowl panel grille and unscrew the fender. It is better to reverse the process.
