How to service the power window switch on Ford Expedition?

To repair power window switch, one needs to raise the center console armrest of the Navigator so as to get to the switch panel. To take off the switch, remove the panel, cut the electrical connectors and push off the locking tabs. With rear passenger side, repeat the procedure. The new switch can be installed by reversing the steps.

How to service and repair the power window switch on Ford Expedition?

In order to fix the power window switch, raise the armrest of the center console of the Navigator to meet a switch panel, take the retainer off, and unconnect the electrical connectors. In the case of the Expedition the same process is followed. With the Navigator, the passenger rear door trim has to be removed first. To install the new switch, reverse all the steps.
