How to service and repair the radiator grille on Ford Explorer?

You must start with bumper cover removal when performing radiator grille service or repair on both models of the Explorer. First remove the two grille-to-bumper cover screws followed by the front bumper isolator and absorber through the process of removing two pushpins and two nuts. Eventual detachment of the grille assembly from the bumper cover starts by taking out the four scrivets before gently releasing the fourteen clips. To install the component you should perform the opposite steps of removal.
