  A: The first step for repairing or servicing the timing cover includes complete removal of the Radiator alongside the crankshaft pulley and bolt and wiring harness routing clip. Remove the accessory bracket bolts first before setting aside the bracket and then the drivebelt tensioner. The generator wiring needs to be disconnected followed by setting it aside before removing the generator mounting bracket.
