How to conduct a leak test on the EGR Cooler on Ford F-350 Super Duty?

To check EGR cooler leak, apply original or local M8 fasteners so as to secure test plates with 4 holes, tighten these test plates to 31 Nm. Should not be exceeded during testing at 207 kPa (30 psi). Put the cooler in water and in case of any bubbles change the cooler assembly.
