How to service and repair the brake light switch on Ford Flex?

To make a repair of the brake light switch, firstly disconnect the electrical connector and push the plunger down by pushing the brake pedal upwards. To remove the switch, turn it 45 clockwise. Install, but do not move the brake pedal, turn counterclockwise, reconnect and test the stoplamps.
