How to service the radiator cooling fan motor and shroud on Ford Flex?

When it comes to service the radiator cooling fan motor, and shroud, hoist the vehicle in neutral. Take out the air cleaner assembly, electric connector of the cooling fan motor, wiring harness retainers and remove the upper radiator hose. Then, unscrew the cooling fan motor and shroud. Installation/removal Reverse the installation, tighten bolts to 6 Nm.
