How to service and repair the washer pump and washer reservoir on Ford Flex?

To fix the windshield washer pump and the windshield washer reservoir, install the reservoir cap, lift the vehicle and remove the right fender splash shield. Unscrew electrical connectors, empty the reservoir and take it away. To prevent failure, install the pump by reversing the procedure and fill up the reservoir.
