How to service the instrument panel dimmer switch on Ford Focus?

Service of the instrument panel dimmer switch requires access from under the panel to remove it while releasing both top and bottom retaining clips followed by pushing it out from behind. Disconnect the electrical connector after the dimmer switch removal. You must perform installation proceedings by doing the reverse steps of removal.
